If you are looking for the cheapest & fastest inspector that provides a report on site I am not that Home Inspector. I do charge slightly more than some for the following reasons:

- I have an electronic "Supra" key to access the properties.
- First time buyers love working with me.
- I offer maintenence tips in addition to the defects.
If you feel you want to hire an inspector that glances over your prospective house, gives you a checklist report without pictures and is back on the road in an hour and a half feel free to hire them. It will take me an hour just to reconcile and type up your report. Nonetheless, I will continue to satisfy the people who want to know the truth about their home.
Ask yourself a question... Do I really want to skimp on $50 for a $250,000 house? You get what you pay for!
