Service Area
We cover the south metro area of Mpls/St Paul. Bloomington to Faribault and Belle Plaine to Cannon Falls. If our schedule allows we will travel farther outside this area.
Inspection Fees
Our inspection fees are based on the total sq footage of the home. Most homes fall between $375 and $500.
